Egypt's Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced Wednesday that Egypt will be hosting a donors conference for the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip on October 12 in Cairo. The international conference, which will be chaired by both Egypt and Norway, aims to boost funding for the reconstruction of Gaza which saw major vital infrastructure destroyed during Israel's seven-week military operations.
