Mahmoud Hassan Trezeguet has confirmed that he is set to join Italian giants Inter Milan after enjoying a strong campaign with Turkey’s Kasımpaşa where he was on loan from RSC Anderlecht.

The 23-year-old is known to be one of the best young wingers in Africa, and has been connected with various with European clubs following his impressive performances last season.

In an interview with Gazzettadello Sport, the Egyptian international said that he “will probably arrive in Milan and then go to Parma. It will be a loan for a season,”

Due to Inter Milan currently having the maximum number of foreign players in their squad, the 23-year old will join newly promoted side Parma where he spends the 2018-2019 season before joining forces with Inter next summer.

There had been strong interest from a number of Europe’s prestigious clubs, namely Turkey’s Galatasaray, but the winger preferred to sign for the 18-time Serie A champions.

Trezeguet scored 16 goals and assisted eight during his time with Kasımpaşa and was named the SüperLig’s player of the season by Whoscored.com.
