Egyptian Paralympics weightlifter Fatma Omar, who in 2012 set a new world and Paralympic record at the London Paralympic Games, stole the show at the World Weightlifting Cup for disabled athletes in Malaysia, winning the top title and qualifying for the 2016 Rio Summer Paralympic Games.
