South Benha Criminal Court ordered the release of rights lawyer Malek Adly after he spent 130 days behind bars. The prosecution responded by appealing the court's decision to release the prominent lawyer. Adly had filed a complaint against the handover of the Red Sea islands of Tiran and Sanafir to Saudi Arabia after gathering thousands of petitions.
