Egypt's national archery team won the 2016 African Archery Championships in Namibia on Sunday, securing two spots in the 2016 Summer Olympics. The team snagged a total of 12 medals throughout the championship, with 4 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze medals. Archers Ahmed El Nemr and Hala El Gebeily won gold medals in the men's individual recurve event and the women’s individual compound event, respectively.
