For around three months, Egypt has been rolling out two of the COVID-19 vaccines developed so far. To date, 1.2 million people have been vaccinated across the country. Registration for the vaccine officially opened in late February of this year, with priority given to healthcare workers, elderly citizens and those with chronic diseases.
