SODIC, one of the country’s leading real estate development companies, to secure clean water network to 1000 homes in Ezzbet Khair Allah, one of Egypt’s informal communities. The project to be carried out over one year and it is fully funded by SODIC at an estimated cost of EGP 1 million. “At SODIC, our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives focusing on education and rehabilitation, impact the lives of over 7,000 families every year,” said Managing Director of SODIC Magued Sherif in a press release. “The first phase of the fresh water project in Ezzbet Khair Allah will benefit more than 1000 families. The contract signing follows a protocol agreement that is already in place between SODIC, Holding Company for Water and Wastewater, Cairo Governorate, the GIZ and under the auspices of The Egyptian Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development,” adds the press release.
