200 Killed in ISIS Bombings Targeting Ramadan Shoppers in Baghdad

At least 200 people were killed and more than 100 injured after two bombings carried out by ISIS struck two locations in Baghdad. According to local authorities, more than 80 bodies are so badly burned that they cannot be identified.
