Egypt's Minister of Irrigation and Water Resources Hani Sewilam warned Ethiopia that any damage caused by the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) to Egypt would come at a cost. “Any dam constructed along the Nile River affects Egypt.
